A Message From the Superintendent:
District Water Testing Results
The Woodhaven-Brownstown School District, as a proactive measure, contracted Arch Environmental Group to conduct drinking water tests for lead. AEG tested "first draw" and drinking water samples in all eight of the district's school buildings. We're pleased to report that water from all of the outlets tested well below levels established by the Environmental Protection Agency.
"The safety and well-being of our students and staff has always remained our top priority, so we are obviously pleased with the water resting results," said Superintendent Mark Greathead. "Arch Environmental has informed us that no further action is required and we would like to thank them for the thorough testing of the drinking water in our buildings."

Kindergarten
Kindergarten Enrollment Information
Enrollment age requirements will remain the same for the 2017-18 school year as they were in 2016-17. Parents may enroll a child who resides in the school district in kindergarten if the child is at least 5 years of age on September 1 of the school year of enrollment. If a child does not meet the minimum age requirement, but will turn 5 years of age not later than December 1 of that school year, the district could enroll the child for that school year if the parent or legal guardian notifies the district in writing that he or she intends to enroll the child in kindergarten for that school year.  Kindergarten/Young Five enrollment packets are available in the elementary buildings and at the Administration Offices. We look forward to welcoming our youngest students in the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District for the 2017-18 school year.  Click on the blue "Enroll Button" in the upper left-hand corner to complete enrollment forms for your kindergartner.
